My
life as a photographer began in the fourth grade, when I borrowed a Kodak Brownie
camera to document a field trip. I can still remember the excitement of
receiving that tightly sealed envelope containing my precious memories on
4x4, black & whites. I was 10 years old.
Decades later, while still enjoying photography, I began taking private lessons with a professional photographer and then continued attending photography workshops to develop my skills. It was a time in my life when I needed to grow and find myself. Photography gave me that opportunity.
My passion was beginning to soar & my photography transforming into art.
Today, my photography is a visionary representation of what I see through the eyes of my soul. My images are created through a pairing of emotion and imagination.
As an artist, through self-exploration, my intention is to create awareness. For myself and for the viewer.
